LBR 2011 Event Sponsorship...

Get in on the action!

Long Ball Rally is gearing up for the 2012 show season, and with that, a minimum of seven separate rallies (rallyWERKS, dashTOtheBASH, rallyTOtheVALLEY, dragonRUN, bombTHErunway, scootinTOscooters and LBR#7) to seven different events (eurowerks, German Auto Bash, Dubs In The Valley, wookies in the woods, euro hangar, Scooter's and H2Oi). The success of our past events is credited almost entirely to our participants, who over the past 6+ years have made our original event, Long Ball Rally, an annual success. However, we have realized that in order to expand our reach and offer more events we are going to need to establish strategic partnerships with businesses looking to increase their exposure to the enthusiasts that take part in our events and the shows we frequent.

By participating as a sponsor, your business will benefit from excellent exposure through social media, directed e-mail marketing, and promotional efforts directed toward the supporters of Long Ball Rally as well as automotive enthusiasts on a regional, national and global scale. With your sponsorship, you'll receive enhanced exposure to a very important segment of the automotive industry.

We have set up seven different sponsorship level packages, as detailed here. You can select the level of participation that best meets your needs, and be secure in knowing that not only will your company be gaining exposure to a large market of enthusiasts, but that in part, you will also be making a contribution to a deserving charity at the end of the year. In the past we have used any money that was left over from the event, to make a donation to different charities. In 2010 and 2011 we purchased approximately $400 worth of non-perishable food items and challenged a local college to try and beat out donation to the Greater Chicago Food Depository. These purchases and challenges have resulted in almost 3,000 lbs of food being donated, equalling more than 6,000 meals for people in need. We also used some of the proceeds to take part in the US Marines Toys For Tots drive, by purchasing over $100 worth of toys for less fortunate childeren. Moving forward, we have decided to set aside 30% of all money raised through our events and to donate that money to a new charity at the end of the each year. Our goal this year is to be able to donate at least $1,000 to charity.

We're counting on support from our sponsors and participants to make this year's events hugely successful, and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact us at lbr@diversedesign or call Kieran at 773-550-2074 for additional information on how to become an official sponsor of LBR2012.

Thanks again for your interest.
